Installation Notes:
Prior to installation, it is essential to clean the floor using acetone or alcohol to eliminate any wax present on the surface of the new boat. Ensure that the area is completely dry before proceeding with the installation.
Unroll all EVA flooring and lay it flat before beginning the installation process. Once the desired position is confirmed, remove the adhesive backing from one corner and initiate the installation.
Secure the adhesive in place without shifting the EVA flooring. During the installation, utilize a round roller, applying pressure to the logo area with your finger beforehand to prevent air from entering. If air bubbles do form, a small needle can be employed to puncture and release them.
For the first 48 hours following installation, avoid immersing the flooring in water.
Making Templates:

Production period:
Upon receipt of payment, we will verify the size with you before commencing production. The production process typically requires 5 to 12 working days, excluding holidays. Once production is finalized, we will provide you with photos and proceed to ship your order.
For orders that involve customized colors or templates, the production timeframe extends to approximately 10 to 25 working days before shipping.

Customizing products involves a complex process, which may extend the time required for shipment. After we confirm the details with you via email, production will be finalized within 5 to 10 business days before shipping.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Shipping times are estimated and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Delays may occur due to factors such as incorrect addresses, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Package Non-Delivery Policy
